Full Wedding Planning
The proposal has been made, the wedding date set… it’s time to plan your dream wedding. Simple… or is it?
The average wedding takes around 300 hours to plan – that’s a lot to manage on your own.
You may know exactly what you want, but don’t know where to start, or perhaps Pinterest has got your head in a spin and you feel completely overwhelmed.
Ideal for busy couples, my full planning service can include everything from wedding design and supplier sourcing through to on the day management. Saving you hours of research, and leaving you free to enjoy your engagement.
Investment: 12-15% of total budget depending on location, guest numbers and complexity. A minimum fee of £8000 applies.
Partial Planning
The partial planning service is great if organisation is part of the fun for you. You may have already made your big wedding decisions, but just need a little extra help as the day gets closer. I offer professional wedding coordination across the final 12 weeks of your wedding planning. If you are tearing your hair out over the table plan, or still haven’t booked a key supplier, let me help. I can tie up all of the loose ends and offer support and advice right up until the big day. We will start with a complimentary consultation, where we can get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. We can chat about your ideas and expectations, as well as your budget and practical requirements. After this, I’ll put together a bespoke planning outline and offer you a quote.
On the day, I’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly: if there’s any stress to be had, I’ll deal with it.

Full plan Investment: Dependent on the size, location and complexity of the wedding, this service is 12-15% of the overall wedding spend (subject to a minimum fee). TYPICALLY WE WOULD BE SPENDING BETWEEN 250-300 HOURS COORDINATING YOUR WEDDING.
Final Month Management

Perfect if you’re keeping an eye on the budget (or prefer to stay in control) my final month management service is designed to offer an extra pair of professional hands, leaving you with more time to prepare yourself – and to have fun!
After an initial consultation, we will meet again around 4 weeks before the wedding at which point we can do a complete handover. I will create a detailed wedding day timeline, and liaise with all of your suppliers.
On the day, I will be there to oversee the venue set up, greeting all of your suppliers. I will make sure that everything happens exactly as you have planned, and the day runs smoothly.
I carry an emergency kit to cover any eventuality, from baby wipes to nail glue, sewing kit to deodorant; I’ve got you covered.
This is your day, relax, enjoy every moment, and rather than task a family member or friend with on the day duties, let me step in. Having a pair of professional eyes to oversee your day can really make a difference.
